1		What is the principle on which PHALLOSAN is founded? The functional principle of PHALLOSAN is virtually a sensation in our western civilization, although in actual fact it has been practiced by primitive peoples for many centuries. When stretched, the penis becomes larger. By applying weights over a number of years, the Karamogong tribe of northern Uganda and the so-called Holy Sadhus in India have achieved penis enlargements of up to 45 cm. The special vacuum action and permanent, painless stretching stimulate the formation of new cells over the entire penis. The penis becomes longer overall and also thicker.

2		Is the principle known in the medical world? Yes. We know that the formation of new tissue (e.g. calluses) is stimulated when body parts are subjected to stress (tension, pressure). Modern medicine uses this reparative mechanism for skin transplants, in which the skin tissue is temporarily stretched to provide skin flaps for transplantation. Leg extension is a procedure that has been familiar to orthopedic circles for more than 20 years. Following surgical transsection of the bone, the leg is subjected to systematic controlled stretching. The procedure employs a threaded system with which the leg is extended millimeter by millimeter. Not only does this stimulate the creation of new bone cells, it also generates connective and muscle tissue without damaging the nerves and blood vessels. By this procedure the length can be increased by several centimeters.

3		By how many centimeters can a penis be lengthened with PHALLOSAN? penis lengths of up to 45 cm have been measured in males of the Karamojong and Nuba tribes of Central Africa after years of stretching (“Stern” magazine Issue No. 49 dated 30 November 1995). With Phallosan the penis can be lengthened by 2–3 cm in only a few months.

4		Does the penis also become larger in a flaccid state? The penis will, of course, also be enlarged in the flaccid or resting state. Success will already be visible after only a few months of use.

5		How often must PHALLOSAN be worn? PHALLOSAN should be worn for at least 2-3 hours every day. Longer wearing times will result in faster success. Many customers wear Phallosan for up to 10 hours a day with brief pauses without experiencing any inconvenience or pain.

6		Does it achieve lasting results? If used for a minimum period of 8 months, the results will be permanent. If used only for 6 months or less, the enlarged penis is likely to return to its original state.

7		Is there an age restriction for using PHALLOSAN? PHALLOSAN can be used at any age.

8		Can the use of PHALLOSAN influence an erection? PHALLOSAN strongly stimulates the head of the penis (glans), causing it to become more sensitive. Many customers have attested to a more sensuous erection.

9		As the length of the penis is increased, will it become thinner? Due to the special vacuum method and permanent formation of new cells, the penis increases not only in length, but also in girth. At the outset the vacuum will make itself felt in the form of a tingling sensation, but this will disappear after a few days.

10		Does the penis have to have a minimum size in a flaccid state? Phallosan is suitable for any penis size. The resulting micro-vacuum will also securely hold a small penis or a penis with a less prominent head without any pain caused by pressure. Potential customers who were dissatisfied with penis stretching apparatuses in the form of cylindrical, transparent plastic bodies or telescopic bars will be amazed. Many of our customers have confirmed that with such devices the head kept slipping out of the holding loop and intense pain was experienced due to the pressure of the loop over the head.

11		What is the difference between penis enlargement by PHALLOSAN and by surgery? By applying gentle tension to the tissue of the penis, PHALLOSAN stimulates the latter to form new cells. By contrast, in surgery the muscle tendons attaching the penis to the pubic bone are severed. The penis is slightly drawn out from the body. The angle of incidence is changed and the erect penis often stands out from the body at an angle of no more than 45 degrees or is even inclined downwards. True enlargement is not achieved unless the member is additionally stretched after surgery. The same result – but aesthetically more pleasing and in a gentler manner – is achieved by the application of PHALLOSAN alone, without surgery.

12		Is there a difference between the use of PHALLOSAN and a vacuum pump? The vacuum pump is used for erectile dysfunction. It was not developed for continuous stretching of the penis. The manufacturers therefore recommend limiting daily wear to 20-30 minutes. PHALLOSAN is not noticeable when worn beneath the clothing for up to eight hours a day. Nor will its effectiveness be reduced if you have a desk job. PHALLOSAN is effective for the duration of the application. A direct relationship between the period of use and growth has been scientifically proven. If vacuum pumps are used for longer than recommended by the manufacturer there is a risk of thrombosis (blood clot) in the penis due to excess negative pressure. Usually, the latter can only be removed by surgery.

13		Can I wear PHALLOSAN at night? PHALLOSAN should not be worn when sleeping, as natural erections may occur several times at night. This phenomenon is critical for the penis and should not be impeded by wearing the device.

14		What happens if I want to wear jeans or other tight pants? PHALLOSAN is not visible beneath jeans or tight pants, although there may be an outline, indicating a large penis. The belt is only noticeable if worn beneath swimming trunks.

15		Are there any risks or side-effects connected with the use of PHALLOSAN? No negative effects related to PHALLOSAN have been determined so far. PHALLOSAN is worn at the user's risk, but it is perfectly safe, provided careful attention is paid to the instructions for use. PHALLOSAN should not be used in the case of infection or open wounds on the penis, or if a vein or connective tissue weakness has been diagnosed. Nor should PHALLOSAN be used in the following cases: - when sleeping, as natural erections occur at night, - after alcohol consumption, or - after consumption of drugs and painkillers, sleeping pills and sedatives, as they may affect natural sensitivity to pain if the belt slips while the wearer is asleep.

16		Are there studies to substantiate the successes achieved with PHALLOSAN? In addition to individual success stories, more and more physicians are meanwhile reporting positive results in the treatment of deficient or incurvate penis. The successful treatment of incurvate penis (documentation with pictures under Medical report) is evidence of the effectiveness of penis enlargement: the greatest tension occurs at the curved point of the penis. More new cell material is therefore generated at this point and the penis is straightened. The result remains visible in both a flaccid and erect state. The penis does not return to its original size and patients all over the world are thus spared an arduous operation with accompanying retraction of the penis. 17		Can anyone use PHALLOSAN for treatment? PHALLOSAN can be used without any prior medical knowledge. The instructions for use are very detailed with an abundance of photographs. 18		Can use of PHALLOSAN result in impotence? On the contrary. According to the reports of many users, Phallosan can indirectly – as a side effect, as it were – result in improved erection and sensitivity, particularly on the penis head. Many users have attested to heightened sexual pleasure, as the blood flow to the penis is increased by the use of PHALLOSAN.

19		Is the belt washable? PHALLOSAN can be washed at 30° C. All parts that come into contact with the skin have been tested for contaminants according to EcoTex/100. The foam rubber pad and textile belt, secured by means of a Velcro fastener, have been tested by TÜV. The stretch condom is TÜV, CE and FDA approved. It consists of purest, protein-free latex, thus reducing the risk of an allergy to a minimum.

20		What happens if a PHALLOSAN+ component is defective? PHALLOSAN provides a 12-month warranty on all parts with the exception of the stretch condom. The stretch condoms will last for approx. 3 to 5 months, depending on the degree of care taken in use (no sharp finger nails, etc.). They can be reordered individually. The price per stretch condom is € 43.00 plus sales tax/VAT and postage. The latex sleeve is included in this price.

21		How is PHALLOSAN used? First of all, the tip of the stretch condom is pulled over the head of the penis, then the condom is rolled down over the shaft. The enclosed latex sleeve must be wrapped around the lower end of the penis shaft to prevent air from entering the condom. The penis is then inserted into the foam rubber-covered loop. The belt is now drawn around the hips to the back of the body so that the other end with the special clip is level with the tip of the bell condom. The ends of the belt are then secured by hooking together the pull-strings. The belt is now held with the two pull-strings to facilitate fitting. The clip is attached to the tubular extension of the condom. It reliably seals the opening at the top of the special condom, so that no air can penetrate from this end. The pull-strings are then loosened and the belt is shortened to fit. Tension now creates a vacuum in the stretch condom that evenly and painlessly distributes the pull over the penis. Even a small penis cannot slip out, as it is securely held in the condom for many hours by the resulting vacuum.

22		Must I take the device off to urinate? It is recommended to remove the device for urination.

23		Is the treatment painful? Provided the instructions are carefully observed, PHALLOSAN is absolutely painless to use.

24		If I have an erection while wearing PHALLOSAN, will it be painful? If an erection occurs, a slight pressure will be felt on the head of the penis. No pain will occur, as the special condom will expand slightly.

25		Can the use of PHALLOSAN straighten an incurvate penis? Since the direction of pull must be changed every two days, PHALLOSAN is the ideal treatment for an incurvate penis. The pull on the penis must, of course, be in the opposite direction of the curvature. We have meanwhile received several success stories from customers and physicians who have used our method to treat an incurvate penis. Up until now, surgery was the only treatment available. In an operation the longer curved corpus cavernosum was straightened by a “dart” or by removing excess tissue, with the result that the member was shortened. This is avoided by the use of PHALLOSAN, the world's first and only form of conservative treatment of incurvate penis, i.e. without surgery. 26		Is PHALLOSAN+ worn to one side only? The direction of pull should be changed every two days.

27		Does drug consumption have an influence on penis size? “ If young men in puberty take heroin, their penis will cease to grow. It remains at the size of a boy's. Heroin exerts such stress on the body that the development of sexual organs is arrested. These men will suffer for the rest of their lives under the effects of a small penis.” (Dr von Soer, psychologist, former narcotics commissioner in Hamburg). “Phallosan is the first device that can help”.

28		How long does it take for results to show? As a rule, after about four weeks of stretching the penis will already be visibly longer in its flaccid state. However, this is not a permanent state. What we see is the stretching effect. If treatment is interrupted at this stage, the penis will assume its original size. After about 3 months the penis will be approx. 2 to 3.5 cm longer in its flaccid state. Only after about 8 -12 months of use can the extra length be seen as permanent. In the long-term, penis size can be increased by 3.5 - 4 cm with about 3 hours of daily wear.

29		How long does delivery take within Germany? Approx. 6 to 8 days.

31		Is it really shipped in neutral packaging? The product is shipped under plain cover. On the outside there are no graphics or words that suggest the nature of the content. Not even the invoice contains any reference to the product. The shipment will bear the description “Extension device”. Your data will be stored on a stand-alone computer (not linked to the Internet).
